The building, delimited by the party walls, is developed in a longitudinal way, generating two main facades where the workspaces that need direct contact with the outside are located, the consultation rooms. To provide spatial quality to the central area of the building, where the waiting modules for the consultation rooms are located, two atriums are opened in order to illuminate and communicate these areas, unifying them in a single relationship space.

Two courtyards aligned with the upper atriums structure the programme on the ground floor. On the one hand, the main courtyard linked to the access to the building and with the capacity to become the connecting passage. On the other, a more private courtyard for the administration area.
The two atriums contribute to the good bioclimatic perfomance of the building by maintaining comfortable conditions throughout the year. Thus, the circulation areas will be heated passively, unlike the consultation rooms where mechanical air conditioning guarantees more controlled environmental conditions.
